One of the big events that happened while I was in Utah was Jason’s birthday celebration! I absolutely love birthdays, whether it’s mine or someone else’s, I think everyone deserves a day where it is all about them. Jason’s birthday was no exception.

I really wanted to get Jas something that he A: Didn’t already have and B: Couldn’t go out and buy. In order to pull this off I had to get a little creative. I had the idea of putting together a scrapbook for him, but I wanted to take the idea one step further. Instead of it being just a scrapbook with pictures, I also wanted wanted to add letters written to Jason by the top 10 people that he looks up to and admires most in his life.

As you can imagine, taking on a project like this while living 2,197 (yes, I know the exact miles), was not an easy task! In order for me to pull off this surprise I had to enlist the help of a small army. There is no possible way that I would have been able to pull off the surprise without the help from the celebration team. The celebration team consisted of the highly sought after Professional Scrapbook Extraordinary (Missy K aka: my sister Mishell), Mail and Event Coordinator (Aimee), Public Relations Specialist (Tyson), Head Chief (Charlotte), and of course myself the Birthday Planner. Of course, I cannot forget all the people that made Jason’s top 10 list and were so willing to write a letter and get it over to me. Big thanks to everyone!
