A funny thing happened with Shalauna. She heard that I was going to sell my home in the near future, so she came by just to give me some information. I told her at the time that I wasn’t looking to list it, and besides that we weren’t going to put it on the market until the middle of June. At the time it was only the end of March. 2 or 3 days later she ask if she could have a partial listing, because she had 3 families she wanted to show it to on Saturday. Sunday morning she called and said she had an offer. I was shocked. to make a long story short, we closed on April 30.

I cannot express how good Shaluana is as a realtor. She helped us buy our new place and sell our old place. We were able to see how great of an agent she is from the buy and sell side. Shaluana is willing to go to bat for you with the buyer/seller. But what makes her so good is she is willing to have the hard conversations with you about what asks are realistic and which ones are not. Her negotiation skills got us things on our deals that might have been a challenge for someone who isn’t good at or won’t negotiate. She is good at reading the other side and figuring out what they may or may not be willing to go for.
